The videos in this section are the same ones Ana shares with her subscribers on Instagram's Exclusive Content area (the “crown” icon section). Due to requests from followers who couldn’t subscribe on Instagram or were placed on a waitlist, Ana created this dedicated space on her website to ensure that everyone interested in learning about her process with watercolour and embroidery on paper has access to her content.

Visitors sign up for a subscription plan. The sign up process involves creating a new customer account or signing into an existing one. If you make a new account, you should enter your name, email, and create a password. During the sign-up process, you create a customer account and pay for the subscription.

To log in into your customer account and all exclusive content, you should use the login link in your main navigation. It is located on the top right corner of the website.

You can view and manage your subscription from your customer account. After logging in, you:
Click Account to review your account settings, all of your purchases and your profile.
Click Digital Products to review your subscription start date and pricing plan details.

If you’d like to cancel your subscription:
Log into your customer account.
Click Account, then click Digital products or Subscriptions.
Click the digital product you want to cancel.
If you have remaining payments, click Go manage subscription. Otherwise, move to the next step.
Click Cancel subscription, then click Cancel subscription again to confirm.
When you cancel a subscription, you will keep access to the exclusive content for the remainder of the billing cycle. At the end of the billing cycle, your account fully expires. You will still have access to your customer account, but links to digital product content won't display.

To log out of your customer accounts, you should click Account, then Sign out. After logging out, you’ll be redirected to Ana Falceta’s homepage.
