Shipping & Returns Policy

Nothing is more important to us than ensuring your artwork arrives safely. Each order is handled with care so your purchase reaches you as quickly as possible. All art pieces are placed in a clear protective bag, backed with foam core, and carefully sandwiched between sturdy cardboards to prevent any damage during shipping. Items are then sent in a secure envelope.

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing artwork orders and 7–10 business days for art templates.

All items are shipped with Canada Post by default.

Refund and Return Policy

Important Shipping Update for U.S. Customers (as of August 29, 2025)
The U.S. “de minimis” exemption, which allowed parcels valued under USD $800 to enter duty-free, will end on August 29, 2025, under U.S. Executive Order 14324. After this date, shipments to U.S. may be subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

All International Shipments & Customs Fees

  • If customs assesses fees at the border, the buyer is responsible for paying these charges.

  • We are unable to cancel orders or issue refunds due to customs fees.

  • Customs, duty and any additional charge are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • These fees are non-refundable.

Art is very subjective and everyone sees it differently. Please feel free to ask for more photos or information of my work if you are unsure about my style, or colours. Once an order is placed, it means you like my art and agree with it. There is no refund or return for any item that was already shipped.

In case of your artwork has arrived damaged please send us an email immediately after receiving your order.
